Finding the words to describe the happy place took a while, but I had a lot of fun getting it right. A bit like making your first million.
Early on in my career, while researching my first book, "The Math of Wrath", I met with my Karate Master. He said that meditation is to be at one with universal energy. What a load of tosh. Meditation is about finding your happy place. Like discovering one of those perfect parking spaces that are as hard to find as a needle at a haystack convention. Of course, for drivers of the new smart, at just 2.69m long, finding one of those happy places is much, much easier.
